1. Major local contractors drop charges against Greenland
Contractors receive full payment of \ 2.1 billion

Construction contractors of the Jeju Healthcare Town dropped charges against Greenland Group.

The three major local construction companies had previously filed a lawsuit requesting provisional seizure of Greenland’s assets in February after the group failed to pay 2.1 billion won in 2017.

However, they lifted charges on the 29th after receiving delayed payment.

녹지국제병원에 대한
도내 건설사들의 가압류가 해제됐습니다.

채권자인 도내 건설회사 3곳은
지난 주 녹지그룹으로부터 밀렸던
녹지국제병원 공사대금 전액을 완납받아
29일자로 법원에
녹지병원 가압류 해제를 신청했다고 밝혔습니다.
녹지병원 건설에 참여했던 이들 건설사는
지난 2017년 병원 준공 이후에도 공사대금을 받지 못해
지난 2월 법원에
21억여 원의 가압류를 신청했습니다.
