1. Hwabuk Commercial District replotting plan open to public May 7
Government plans to return 91,000 m2 of land

The replotting plan of the Hwabuk Commercial District will be available to the public at the 1st floor of Jeju City’s Open Information Center from May 7 to 21.

Local officials will designate areas for replotting in July after gathering opinion from the land owners during the public inspection period.

Currently the government plans on returning 91 thousand square meters out of 216 thousand square meters of land from Hwabuk Commercial District.

도시개발사업에 따른 환지계획 공람이 시작됩니다.

이번 환지계획 공람은
7일부터 21일까지
제주시 열린정보센터 1층 회의실에서 이뤄집니다.

제주시는
공람기간에 접수된 토지주 등의 의견을 검토한 후
7월에 환지예정지를 지정하기로 했습니다.

현재 계획으로는
전체 부지 21만6천여 제곱미터 가운데
9만1천여 제곱미터가
기존 토지주에게 환지됩니다.
