3. Jeju to launch an airport noise complaint center
Applications for operator open May 20-21

The local government will install and operate a complaint center for airport noise control.

Officials will publicly open applications from May 20 to 21 to select an operator for the service center.

Corporations or organizations authorized by a central administrative agency or a local government for airport noise or general noise related business qualify for application.

The province will officially launch the airport noise complaint center from the second half of the year once an operator is selected. The center will not only receive noise complaints but also provide consultation and education for noise damage and other cultural events.

공항소음민원센터 수탁기관을 공개 모집합니다.

응모자격은
공항소음 또는 소음관련 사업을 목적으로
중앙행정기관이나
지방자치단체에 설립허가를 받은 법인이나 단체입니다.

제주도는 수탁기관이 선정되면 하반기부터 센터를 본격 운영해
소음 민원 접수는 물론
소음피해 상담과 관련 교육, 문화사업 등을 추진하게 됩니다.
