‘ADPi report contains viable expansion plan for 1st Jeju airport’

Opponents of the second airport held a press conference at the provincial council meeting hall and argued that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport deliberately concealed a report from the French engineering company ADPi containing a viable expansion plan for the Jeju International Airport.

Committee members said that the report suggested a viable solution to accomodate all flight demands by utilizing two crossing runways at the current airport.

They stressed that the land ministry and researchers deliberately concealed and disregarded ADPi’s study in order to force the construction project of the new airport.

At the verification committee meeting held on Wednesday, the committee members substantiated their claims of a cover-up by the land ministry and related accusations.

국토부가 현 제주공항 확충안을 담은

남북활주로를 활용해

활주로 충돌이라는 거짓 이유를 들며
보고서를 반영하지 않았고 고의로 은폐했다고 강조했습니다.
