Loans from NBFI grows significantly

The household loan debt in Jeju surpassed 15.5 trillion won.

According to the Jeju branch of the Bank of Korea, local household loan exceeded 15.52 trillion won at the end of March. This is a 10.5 percent increase from the same period last year.

The increase from the previous month grew to 34.4 billion won.

The stricter loan regulations and decline in real estate transactions have slowed mortgage growth. However, other types of loans from non-bank financial institutions have significantly increased.

제주 가계대출 15조 5천억 원 '사상 최대치'

제주지역 가계대출 잔액이 15조 5천억 원을 넘어섰습니다.

한국은행 제주본부에 따르면
지난 3월 말 제주지역 가계대출 잔액은 15조 5천197억 원으로
지난해 같은 기간보다 10.5% 상승했습니다.

전달보다 344억 원 늘며
전월 대비 증가폭 역시 확대됐습니다.

최근 주택 거래가 감소하고 대출규제 영향이 지속되며
주택담보대출 증가세는 둔화하고 있지만
비은행금융기관을 중심으로
기타 대출이 크게 늘어난 것으로 나타났습니다.
