4. Local apartment prices on the rise
‘Jeonse’ lease prices continue to fall

Apartment sales prices are declining elsewhere in the country, but they are rising here in Jeju.

The Korea Appraisal Board says local apartment prices rose 0.04 percent over the week ending May 26th. This was the highest increase rate in the country.

Jeju City is leading the apartment price increase in the island.

The fall in long-term “jeonse” lease prices fell more steeply over the same week by 0.15%.

제주지역 아파트 매매 가격이 오름세를 이어가고 있습니다.

한국감정원에 따르면
5월 넷째주 제주지역 아파트 매매 가격은
전주보다 0.04% 오르며 전국에서 제일 높은
상승폭을 보였습니다.

전국적으로 아파트 매매가격이 하락하고 있는 가운데
제주는 제주시 지역을 중심으로 상승세가 이어지고 있는
것으로 분석됐습니다.

한편, 제주지역 아파트 전세 가격은
전주보다 0.15% 떨어지며
하락폭이 확대됐습니다.
