3. Local land values rose 10.7% in 2018
Highest land price per m2 at ?\ 6.5M in downtown area

Local land values rose by 10.7% over a year in 2018, marking the third highest increase in the nation.

The provincial government released the official land values as of January 1st this year on May 31st.

The price of land in Seogwipo City rose by 11.95% while Jeju City rose by 10.5%.

In terms of land use, areas under government-management recorded the most significant rise at 13.5%, followed by 10.3% in residential areas and 10.2% in agricultural areas.

A dental clinic site at the crossroad near Jewon apartment in the downtown area recorded the highest price of 6.5 million won per square meter. The lowest price was 506 won per square meter at Daeseo-ri, Chuja-myeon.

The Jeju Municipal Office will accept complaints through July 1st.

공시지가 10.7% 상승…최고가 1㎡ 650만원

제주지역의 개별공시지가가 1년만에 10.7% 상승해
전국에서 3번째 높은 것으로 조사됐습니다.

제주특별자치도는 5월 31일자로 올해 1월 1일 기준의 개별공시지가를 공시했습니다.

지역별로 보면 서귀포시가 11.95%, 제주시 10.5% 올랐습니다.

용도지역별로 보면 관리지역이 13.5%로 가장 높았고
다음이 주거지역 10.3%, 농림지역 10.2%의 순을 보였습니다.

제곱미터당 최고지가는 제원아파트 사거리의 모 치과의원 부지로 650만원을 기록했고
최저지가는 추자면 대서리로 506원입니다.

제주시는 오는 7월 1일까지 이의신청 기간을 운영합니다.
