5. Local eup, myeon districts show highest price increase
Jeju City land value rose 10.5% in 2018

The local land values of eup and myeon administrative districts have shown a steeper increase than that of dong districts.

According to the Jeju Municipal Office, the price of land in Jeju City as of January first this year rose by 10.5% in 2018.

Udo-myeon showed the highest rate of growth of 14.6%, followed by Gujwa-eup at 12.4% and Hankyung-myeon at 12.3%.

Among dong-districts, land values rose the most in Geonip-dong at 12.1% in, followed by 11.4% in Nohyeong-dong, 11.2% in Samyang-dong and 11.1% in Hwabuk-dong.

Appraisals will be open to the public through July 1st. Officials will receive objections to the findings during that time.


개별공시지가 변동률 읍면지역 상승폭 커

제주시 동지역 보다 읍면지역 개별공시지가 상승폭이 큰 것으로
나타났습니다.

제주시에 따르면
올해 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가는 지난해보다 10.5% 상승했습니다.

지역별로는 우도면이 14.6%로 가장 높은 상승률을 보였고
구좌읍 12.4%, 한경면 12.3% 순을 기록했습니다.

동 지역에서는 건입동이 12.1%로 가장 높았고
노형동 11.4%, 삼양동 11.2%, 화북동이 11.1%로 뒤를 이었습니다.
