30 candidates to tour university campuses before making decision

Students recommended by the local superintendent of education are increasingly pursuing undergraduate studies abroad.

According to the Provincial Office of Education, the number of students who have studied at universities in China on the recommendation of the superintendent increased from two in 2017 to six this year.

This year, three students went to two universities in Japan for the first time.

The local education office have established ties with universities in China Japan and Vietnam. Thirty local students will be selected this year to tour schools in China and Vietnam.

지난 2017년 2명에서 2018년 4명, 그리고 올해 6명으로 늘었습니다.

특히 올해는 처음 일본내 2개 대학에 3명의 학생이 진학했습니다.

대학 진학과 관련해 제주도교육청과 교류를 맺은 외국대학은
중국과 일본, 베트남 등으로
올해는 30명을 선발해
중국과 베트남 교류대학에 사전 탐방할 예정입니다.
