Bid success rate of commercial facilities recorded 19%

The bidding success rate of local commercial facilities inched upwards.

GG Auction, a research center specializing in auction market analysis, found 10 successful bids out of 52 articles for auction in Jeju last month. This is a bidding success rate of 19 percent.

The rate has risen since April when it hit its lowest level since 2001 at 3.6 percent.

However, GG Auction analyzed it is too early to account this as a sign of recovery as the auctioned prices were only 45 percent of the appraised values and the average number of bidders per article was only one person.

지난달 제주지역에서 이뤄진 업무상업시설 경매 52건 가운데
10건이 낙찰돼
19%의 낙찰률을 기록했습니다.

지난 4월 3.6%의 낙찰률로
역대 가장 낮은 수준을 기록한 이후 소폭 반등하고 있습니다.

하지만 낙찰가율이 45%에 머무른데다
평균 응찰자수도 1명밖에 되지 않아
아직 회복세로 보긴 이르다고 지지옥션은 설명했습니다.
