Jeju City operates a team to solve problems

Lots of residents in Jeju City have complained about water supply and sewerage this year.

Officials said they received 1,500 and 700 complaints about water supply and sewerage, respectively from the beginning of this year through May.

Residents mostly complained about water leakage, poor water supply, sewer odor and damaged manholes.

The municipal office is operating a team of two people around the clock to deal with water service and drainage problems.

제주시에 따르면
올들어 지난달까지 접수된 상하수도 불편신고는
상수도 1천 500건,
하수도 700건 등 2천 200건에 이르고 있습니다.

주요 신고 내용은
상수도 누수와 급수 불량,
하수도 악취, 맨홀 파손 등입니다.

2인 1조 기동처리반을 24시간 운영하고 있습니다.
