Jeonse leases continue to fall for 23rd straight week

Local apartment prices have begun falling from the last week, albeit slightly.

The Korea Appraisal Board said that the prices fell by 0.01 percent last week compared to the week before.

This came after prices had risen for four consecutive weeks through the first week of the month.

Prices for jeonse, a form of lump-sum deposit, dropped by 0.11 percent last week compared to the week before, showing a downtrend for the past 23rd straight weeks.

한편 제주 아파트 전세 가격은
전주 대비 0.11% 떨어지며
23주 연속 하락세를 이어가고 있습니다.
