3. Islanders to monitor local public organization job interview
Interview system to promote fair and transparent recruitment

The province will implement an interview system that let islanders monitor job interviews of local public organizations.

The purpose of the system is to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the recruitment process of local public institutions. Observers will be selected by recommendations from civic groups, women’s organizations, disabled and youth groups.

They will monitor the job interviews in real-time. They can request sanctions and provide suggestions for improvement if they find unfairness in the interview process.

시민사회단체나 여성단체,
장애인단체, 청년단체 등의 추천을 받아 선정합니다.

이들은
채용면접의 공정성을 실시간 모니터링하게 되며
불공정하다고 판단될 경우 제재를 요청하거나
참관 후 개선의견 등을 제시하게 됩니다.
