5. KCTV holds its 2Q viewer committee meeting
Samda Park Night Concert, Jeju Language News receive compliments

The viewer committee of KCTV Jeju Broadcasting held a meeting for this year’s second-quarter at the KCTV’s conference room on Wednesday morning.

The committee members said that the Samda Park Night Concert has attracted a large audience each time, helping boost the local shopping industry and nighttime tourism.

They added that the newly established Jeju Language News effectively portraying Jeju’s unique identity and the Jeju language children songs are helping spread the local language.

They also requested KCTV to encourage social attention toward the disposal of local medical waste and building a safety net for the mentally disabled, including those with schizophrenia.

제줏말 보급에 기여하고 있다고 평가했습니다.

또한 조현병 환자 등 정신장애인에 대한
사회안전망이 매우 취약하며,
도내 의료 폐기물이 제주에서 처리되지 않고 있어
이에 대한 사회적 관심을 유도해 줄 것도 함께 당부했습니다.
