4. Provincial employee reshuffle set for 2nd half of 2019
Candidates for promotion to be announced on 18th, 26th

The provincial government is implementing regular personnel reshuffle for the 2nd half of this year on August 2nd.

Officials will accept applications for desired positions by July 8th and announce those subject to promote to 5th grade public servants on the 18th. All other civil servants subject to promote will be announced on 26th.

In particular, employees having worked at avoided departments and have done difficult work for a long time will be given a promotion opportunity.

Public servants appraised as passive, unfriendly or negligent in settling complaints will be disadvantaged.

하반기 정기인사를 다음달 2일 단행합니다.

이를 위해
오는 8일까지 희망보직를 접수한 후
18일에는 5급 승진대상을 발표하고
이어 26일에는 5급을 제외한
승진심사 인원을 공개합니다.

특히
격무나 기피 부서 등
현안부서 장기근무자에게는
근평을 우대하고 승진 기회를 부여합니다.

또 민원 해결에 소극적이거나
불친절, 태만한 직원에 대해서는
책임성 인사를 시행한다는 방침입니다.
