A feat marking the first among non-terrestrial broadcasters

KCTV’s multicultural family sitcom "Haiphong Famlies" will be exported to Vietnam, marking the first among non-terrestrial broadcasters.

KCTV signed a license agreement with VNPT, Vietnam's largest state-run telecommunications media company to air ‘Haiphong Families’’ on TV, mobile and the Internet for a year.

The sitcom is a 20-episode series, with a duration of 30 minutes for each episode. It explores the joys and sorrows of foreign nationals who married local residents, as they deal with cultural differences and prejudice. Haiphong Families was awarded the Ministerial Prize by the Ministry of Science and ICT.
