2. Governor Won requests prompt passage of 4·3 Special Law
The bill is currently pending at National Assembly

Governor Won Hee-ryong met with Democratic Party of Korea Representative Lee In-young and Bareunmirae Party Representative Oh Shin-hwan to ask the National Assembly for a prompt passage of the revision bill of the April 3rd Special Law.

Governor Won said there aren’t much time left for the surviving victims and elderly bereaved families to resolve their sorrow and urged cooperation from the National Assembly to pass the bill as soon as possible.

The revision bill of the Jeju April 3rd Special Law was submitted to the National Assembly in December 2017, and was handed over to the National Assembly’s Bill Examination Subcommittee in March. Then, it is currently pending at National Assembly.

얼마 남지 않았다며
국회 협조를 당부했습니다.

현재 제주 4·3 특별법 개정안은
2017년 12월에 국회에 제출된 후
지난 3월 행정안전위원회 법안심사소위원회로 넘겨진뒤
계류된 상태 입니다.
