4. Jeju language counseling office receives positive feedback
Interest in the Jeju language grows nationwide

A general counseling office specializing in Jeju language is receiving compliments on its service from nationwide.

According to the Jeju language counseling center of Jeju Studies Archive, it have counselled 115 inquiries of Jeju language this year through last month.

Most of the inquiries were about vocabulary such as "gogori," meaning an ear of rice, or "dae-uri," meaning oats.

In particular, 22.6 percent of those receiving consultation were from outside of Jeju, showing a high interest towards Jeju language throughout the country.

어휘에 대한 문의가 가장 많았습니다.

특히 상담자 가운데 도외지역 출신도 22.6%에 이르는 등
전국적으로
제주어에 대한 관심이 높은 것으로 나타났습니다.
