1. Inclusion of 2nd airport, new sea port requested in national plan
The plan to be announced after November

The provincial government asked Seoul to reflect the island’s second airport and a new sea port in the Fifth Comprehensive National Territorial Plan.

It also proposed plans to supply 10,000 public housing units, revitalize the Seogwipo Innovation City, and create blockchain and electric vehicle free regulation zones.

The 5th Comprehensive National Territorial Plan will be announced after related ministries finish discussions by October and the president approves it in November.

전기차 특구 조성 계획도 제시했습니다.

국토종합계획안은
오는 10월까지 부처 협의를 거친 뒤
11월 대통령 승인을 받으면 최종 고시됩니다.
