The province is reviewing plans to install shark repellent devices at local beaches.

상어가 감지할 수 있는 미세한 전류를 흘려보내는 장치를
도내 해수욕장에
설치하는 방안을 검토합니다.

이 장치는
해수욕장 경계에 있는 부표마다 설치돼 상어 접근을 막게 됩니다.

앞서 8일 낮 함덕해수욕장에서
상어 한 마리가 나타나면서
물놀이가 통제되는 등 소동을 빚었습니다.
