3. Local taxi fares increase from July 15
Mid-sized taxi fares to raise from ?\2,800 to 3,300

The local taxi fares will be increased for the first time in 6 years, starting from the midnight of July 15th.

The basic fare for mid-sized taxis, which account for most of the total number of taxis in Jeju, will be raised from 2,800 won to 3,300 won. The meter will also clock up faster, from 100 won per 144 meters to 100 won per 126 meters and from 100 won per 35 seconds to 100 won per 30 seconds.

The basic fare for large-sized taxis will be increased from 3,800 won to 4,500 won, with that of small-sized taxis rising from 2,200 won to 2,300 won.

The 20% surcharge from midnight to 4 a.m. will continue to stay in effect.

6년만에 인상되는 택시요금 15일부터 적용

제주특별자치도가
6년만에 인상되는 택시요금을 오는 15일 0시부터 적용합니다.

주요내용을 보면
제주도내에서 대부분을 차지하고 있는 중형택시의 경우
기본운임은 2천 800원에서 3천 300원으로 인상되고
거리운임은
144미터.35초당 100원에서 126미터에 30초로 조정됩니다.

대형택시 기본운임은
3천800원에서 4천500원으로
소형택시는 2천200원에서 2천300원으로 인상됩니다.

현재 자정부터 새벽 4시까지의
20%의 할증요금제는 그대로 적용됩니다.
