1. City Planning Committee to review reconstruction project in Jaewon Apt.
Available units, height of apartment reduced

The City Planning Committee will hold a review session at the provincial government building on July 26th to decide whether to reconstruct the Jaewon Apartment in Jeju City.

The committee will make decisions after a comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of the construction plan.

After three rounds of landscape deliberation, the available units in Jewon Apartment was reduced from 874 to 752 and the maximum height was lowered from 15 to 10 floors.

Once the plan passes, procedures such as approving the establishment of the reconstruction union and selection of the constructor will be carried out.

제주도 도시계획심의위원회가
오는 26일 제주도청에서 열립니다.

도시계획위원회는
이번 심의에서
재건축조합 측에서 제출한 사업계획의 적절성과
주변에 미치는 영향 등을 종합적으로 판단해
정비구역 지정 여부를 결정할 계획입니다.

제원아파트 재건축 사업은
지난 3차례 경관심의 끝에
세대수를 874세대에서 752세대로 줄였고,
고도도 15층에서 10층으로 낮췄습니다.

정비구역으로 지정되면
조합설립 인가와 시공사 선정 등의 절차가 진행됩니다.
