Police to announce investigation results of stepson’s death soon

The National Forensics Service confirmed that Koh Yu-jeong’s step son died of suffocation.

The Chungbuk Provincial Police Agency has been reinvestigating the death of Koh’s stepson.

A detailed autopsy presumes that the child had suffocated with lying face down for more than 10 minutes.

Officers said that it is hard to say that the child was murdered since the traces found in the body are commonly found in suffocation.

The police are investigating the child’s real father and plan to announce the final results of the investigation soon.

부검 결과가 나왔습니다.

충북지방경찰청은
고유정의 의붓아들 A군은
엎드린 채 전신이 10분 이상 눌려 질식한 것으로 추정된다는
국립과학수사연구원 정밀 부검 소견을 받았다고 밝혔습니다.

경찰은 숨진 의붓아들에게서 발견된 흔적은
질식사에서 흔히 나타나는 현상이라며
타살 증거로 단정짓기 어렵다고 설명했습니다.

한편 청주 경찰은
숨진 A군의 친아버지를 피의자 신분으로 불러 조사하고 있으며
조만간 최종 수사 결과를 발표할 계획이라고 덧붙였습니다.
