Local apartment prices continue to fall

According to the Korea Appraisal Board, the prices were down 0.15 percent last week compared to the week before.

This is the 11th week of decline in local apartment prices

Prices for jeonse, a form of lump-sum deposit, dropped by 0.11 percent last week, marking the 33rd consecutive week of decline.

Although certain areas in the country, such as Seoul and Daejeon, experienced increases in housing prices, the overall apartment sales and rental prices were on a decline across the country.

제주지역 아파트 매매 가격이 하락세를 이어가고 있습니다.

8월 넷째주 제주지역 아파트 매매 가격은
전주보다 0.15% 떨어져 11주 연속 하락했습니다.

아파트 전세가격 역시
0.12% 떨어지며 33주 연속 하락세를 기록했습니다.

서울과 대전 등 일부 지역에서 상승세가 이어지고 있지만,
전국적으로 주간 아파트 매매와
전세 가격은 하락하는 것으로 집계됐습니다.
