Government-affiliates’ temporary employees are beneficiaries

The province has set next year's living wage at 10 thousand won.

The amount is an increase in 300 won from this year’s living wage of 9,700 won. It is 16 percent greater than next year’s minimum wage of 8,590 won.

Living wages are set to guarantee workers' current livelihood by considering factors such as education and cultural expenses.

Those who are subject to living wages are temporary workers employed by the province and government-affiliated organizations.

제주도, 내년 생활임금 만원으로 책정

제주도가 내년도 생활임금을 만 원으로 결정했습니다.

이 금액은 올해 9천700원보다 300원 오른 것으로,
정부가 고시한 내년도 최저임금 8천590원보다
16% 많습니다.

생활임금은 최저 생계비 외에도
교육비·문화비 등을 고려해
근로자의 생계를 실질적으로 보장하기 위해 책정된 임금 입니다,

생활임금 적용 대상은
제주도와 공사·공단,출자·출연기관이 직접 고용한
기간제 근로자입니다.
