Governor to focus support for small-sized farms damaged by typhoon

In related news, the province is deliberating a compensation scheme for farms affected by the typhoon, under the condition of non-cropping.

Governor Won Hee-ryong ordered the budget department to review the compensation scheme. He said that the damaged farms cultivating winter-grown radishes as an alternative could cause further problems due to overproduction.

He added that small and medium-sized farms should be given more support and attention than large-scale corporate farms.
