2. Committee to review environmental impact assessment of Iho recreation area
Members to visit planned construction site on Sep. 19

The provincial council will review a motion of the environmental impact assessment of the Iho recreation area.

The provincial council’s City Planning Committee will review the motion submitted by the province during the 376th preliminary session starting September 18th.

Committee members will visit the planned site of the project on the 19th, prior to the committee’s meeting.

The environmental impact assessment of the Iho recreation area project was passed this April. The project plans to create a marina, convention center and accommodations at 230,000 square meters of land near Iho Beach.
