Outlook for small and large companies continues to show huge gap

Jeju's presale housing market is looking sluggish for September.

Korea Housing Institute announced that the local Housing Occupancy Survey Index (HOSI) stood at 50, the lowest figure in the country.

The outlook of local small and large companies for housing occupancy showed large difference, each standing at 44.4 and 54.4, respectively.

A reading below 100 for HOSI indicates that negative prospects exist more than positive views in the construction industry.
