Officers to crack down on life jacket violations

The Jeju Regional Coast Guard issued an alert on safety accidents through September 31st, as the recent number of the accidents increased near coastal areas.

The police are strengthening patrols near ports and areas prone to danger. They are also cracking down on life jacket violations of anglers and people who enjoy marine leisure activities.

They are placing patrol vessels and rescue boats at the sites where many anglers visit.

최근 연안안전사고가 늘어나면서
제주 해경이 오는 31일까지 사고 위험 주의보를 발령했습니다.

이에따라
항포구와 위험구역에 대한 순찰을 강화하고
갯바위 낚시객과
해양레저객에 대해 구명조끼 착용을 단속합니다.

또 갯바위 낚시객들이 찾는 장소를 중심으로
경비함정과
연안구조정을 전진 배치합니다.
