47 fatal traffic accidents recorded through September

Jeju Municipal Police is cracking down on speeding vehicles.

Since the duty to catch speeding vehicles was transferred from the national police to the municipal police, Jeju Municipal Police officers are cracking down on cars speeding at the Jeju Coastal Road, Beonyeong-ro and Yeonsam-ro

There were a total of 47 cases of fatal traffic accidents through September main caused by speeding.

자치경찰, 이달부터 과속운전 집중단속

제주도 자치경찰단이 이달부터 과속차량을 집중 단속합니다.

자치경찰은
국가경찰 고유 권한이던 과속 단속 업무가
제도 개선을 통해
자치경찰로 이관됨에 따라
일주도로와 번영로,
연삼로 구간을 중심으로 단속을 실시한다고 밝혔습니다.

한편 지난달까지 발생한 교통사망사고는 47건으로
과속운전이
주된 원인으로 파악됐습니다.
