5. Jeju Olle Festival becomes eco-friendly
Promotional materials to use environmentally-conscious materials

The Jeju Olle Festival, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, will be held as an eco-friendly festival.

The Jeju Olle Foundation has decided to produce promotional materials, such as banners and posters, using an eco-friendly material called “Tyvek” at the festival, which will kick off on May 31.

The organization also plans to collect all promotional materials using Tyvek and up-cycle them by making them into souvenirs of the Jeju Olle Trails.



5. "친환경 올레걷기축제로 진행"

올해 10주년을 맞는
제주올레걷기 축제가 친환경 축제로 치러집니다.

사단법인 제주올레는
오는 31일 개막하는 이번 축제에
현수막과 포스터 등 홍보물을
친환경 소재인 '타이벡'으로 제작하기로 했습니다.

특히 축제가 끝난 후에는
타이벡 홍보물을 수거해
간세인형과 파우치 등
제주올레 기념품으로 업사이클링할 계획입니다.

제주올레는
축제기간 일회용품을 사용하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 하고
올레길을 걸으며
쓰레기를 줍는 '클린올레' 캠페인도 진행합니다.
