4. Basic plan announced for innovative winter vegetable production and distribution
200B won to be invested by 2023

The provincial government is pushing forward for an innovative basic plan for the production and distribution of winter vegetables.

This proposed plan suggests investing a total of 200 billion won into 15 different innovative plans by 2023.

The main objectives of the plan will address stabilizing prices of agricultural products, improving the management system of field crops by category, the introduction of a reporting system to monitor vegetable washing, and financial assistance when changing vegetable category.

It also fosters five self-help groups, categorized by produce, which includes carrots, winter radish, cabbage, garlic and potatoes, to help producers control supply and demand.

오는 2023년까지
15개 혁신과제에 2천억원을 투자하는 내용을 골자로 하고 있습니다.

주요내용은
제주형 농산물 가격안정관리제 제도개선과
밭작물 품목별 조직화 육성,
월동무 세척장 신고제 도입,
채소류의 작목 전환재배에 따른 지원단가의 현실화 등입니다.

또 당근과 월동무, 양배추, 마늘, 감자 등
5개 자조금 단체를 육성해
생산자 스스로 수급조절을 할 수 있게 유도합니다.
