Fall foliage on Hallasan Mountain is forecasted to peak this weekend.

The Hallasan National Park Office predicts that the fall foliage, which has been spreading down from Baengnokdam, will reach its peak by the end of this week at Eorimok, 970m above sea level. Visitors can view this spectacular transition at Eorimok Valley from Manse Dongsan.

Trekkers can also enjoy the rich colors at Youngsil Cliff, which is at elevations of between 1,500 to 1,600 meters, Yongjingak and Wanggwan rock.

이번 주말쯤 한라산의 단풍이 절정에 이를 것으로 예상되고 있습니다.

한라산국립공원사무소는
백록담 정상에서 시작된 한라산의 단풍이
점차 낮은 곳으로 내려오고 있다며
해발고도 970고지인 어리목을 기준으로
이번 주말쯤 절정에 이를 것으로 예측했습니다.

특히 만세동산에서 바라보는 어리목계곡과
해발 1천500에서 1천600미터의 기암절벽이 어우러진 영실기암,
용진각, 왕관릉 일대는
아름다운 단풍을 만끽할 수 있는 곳으로 꼽히고 있습니다.
