Local apartment prices continue to drop, marking 20 consecutive weeks of decline.

The Korea Appraisal Board said prices fell by 0.15 percent last week, compared to the week before.

Jeonse, a form of lump-sum deposit, dropped by 0.22 percent last week, showing a downtrend for the past 40 weeks.
