5. Jeju City to announce official land values
Municipal Officials to accept appeals through Dec. 2

Jeju City will release officially assessed values of 6,886 plots of land on Thursday.

The values have been assessed as of July 1st by the provincial real-estate price disclosure committee. The Jeju Municipal Office will accept appeals for reappraisal through December 2nd.

Lands applied for reappraisal will be reassessed by the end of this year.

The official appraisal values are available on Jeju City’s website and at its public service center and community service centers in eup, myeon and dong administrative districts.

6천 886개 필지에 대한 개별공시지가를 공시합니다.

이번 공시지가는
지난 7월 1일 기준으로
제주도 부동산가격공시위원회에서 의결됐으며
오는 12월 2일까지 한 달간 이의 신청을 접수합니다.

이의 신청이 접수된 토지에 대해서는
오는 연말까지
재검증 작업을 밟게 됩니다.
