2. Court to hold combined hearings for Koh’s charges
Offender put under extended confinement until June 2020

Koh Yu-jeong, a 36-year-old woman charged with murdering her ex-husband, will also be tried for killing her step-son at the same time.

Jeju District Court Judge Jeong Bong-ki (정봉기) decided to hold combined hearings for the two charges at Koh’s trial preparation session on Tuesday.

Thus, the verdict on her first trial will be delayed and handed out next year.

Meanwhile, Koh’s confinement period has been extended from the end of this year to June 2020 because an additional arrest warrant has been issued.

또 구속영장도 다시 발부돼
올해 말이었던 구속기한이 내년 6월말까지로 연장됐습니다.
