Prices of local mandarin orange price remain low

With local mandarin orange prices showing little signs of picking up, the province is stepping up its crackdown on substandard fruit distribution.

To this end, an emergency task force will be set up to crack down on substandard fruit distribution in the wholesale market.

Fruit packing houses caught distritributing substandard fruits will receive limited administrative support and be dismissed to no longer operate as a quality inspection agency.

Recently, the price of 5 kiliogram of locally produced mandarin oranges is remaining at the 6,000 won range in the wholesale markets. This is a 30% drop compared to that of last year.

이를 위해 자치경찰단 등과 함께 긴급 특별단속반을 편성해
소비자 도매시장과
유사도매시장에서의 비상품 감귤 유통행위를 중점 단속합니다.

적발된 선과장에 대해서는
행정지원 제한과
품질검사원 해촉 등 각종 제재조치를 내리게 됩니다.

최근 도매시장에서 거래되고 있는 제주감귤은
5kg 한상자에
겨우 6천원 초반대에 머물고 있으며
이같은 가격대는
지난해보다 30%정도 하락한 것입니다.
