Officials to disclose list of executives from violating enterprises

The Ministry of Interior and Safety is working to combat hiring irregularities in local public enterprises. From now on, the Ministry will publicly disclose the names of executives that work at local public enterprises caught for unjust hiring practices

The ministry officials announced on Tuesday that a partial revision to the local investment law has been made to enforce stronger ethical management practices in local public enterprises.

Thus, the names of executives of public enterprises indicted over recruitment irregularities will disclosed to the public. The Ministry will also cancel the job offer.

The ministry also mandated the head of the local government to request for an investigation or an audit into allegations of bribery and sexual crimes.

인사상 불이익이 주어집니다 .

행정안전부는
지방공공기관 윤리 경영 의무를
강화한 지방출자출연법 일부 개정 법률안을
3일 공포됐다고 밝혔습니다.

이에 따라
채용비위와 관련해 유죄판결이 확정되면
해당공공기관 임원 명단이 공개되고
부정합격자는 합격이 취소됩니다.

또 금품 수수나 성범죄 혐의에 대해서는
지자체 장이 수사나 감사를 의뢰하도록
의무화했습니다.
