3. Local real estate auction market shows upward trend
Number of bids for residential facilities drop

The real estate auction market in Jeju Island showed a slight improvement.

According to GG Auction’s report on the local real estate market trend in November, the winning rate in Jeju rose by 1.4 percent to 31.8 percent from October. The auction price ratio, which is the ratio of the estimated value of the land to the winning bid price, rose 0.3 percent to 63.4 percent.

In particular, the winning rate of commercial facilities rose to 43.6% with 17 successful bids out of 39 cases.

In contrast, the number of successful bids and those in process for residential facilities dropped.

제주지역 낙찰률은
전월 대비 1.4% 포인트 오른 31.8%,
낙찰가율은
0.3% 포인트 오른 63.4%를 기록했습니다.

특히 상업시설의 경우
39건 가운데 17건이 낙찰되면서 43.6%까지 올라가기도 했습니다.

반면 주거시설은
진행건수와 낙찰건수 모두 감소해 대조를 보였습니다.
