2. Province sets up policy advisory group
Conflict resolution experts to mediate in local disputes

The provincial government has set up a policy advisory group to manage public conflicts arising from various projects.

The advisory group is comprised of six conflict management experts from the Korea Institute of Public Administration and Dankook Center for Dispute Resolution.

Over the next two years, the advisory group will work to resolve public conflicts in Jeju by improving related policies or regulations and advise public officials.

제주도 '공공갈등 정책자문단' 구성

제주도가 각종 사업 추진 과정에 발생하는
공공갈등을 관리할 정책자문단을 구성했습니다.

정책자문단에는
국내 갈등관리 전문가가 참여하고 있으며
특히 국무조정실 지정 갈등관리 전문기관인 한국행정연구원과
단국대 분쟁해결연구센터 소속 전문가 6명으로 구성됐습니다.

자문단은 앞으로 2년 동안
제주에서 발생하는 공공갈등을 해결하고
여기에 필요한 정책 또는 제도 개선,
공직자 자문 역할 등을 맡게 됩니다.
