5. Bunker de Lumieres receives 'Stars of Korean tourism' award from MCST, KTO
Visitors can see recreated works of van Gogh through next year

Bunker de Lumieres, which is an Art & Music Immersive Experience exhibition hall, received a special award from the Ministry of Culture Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism organization.

The two government agencies awarded 7 tourism contents based on their attractiveness and contributions to the local tourism industry.

The Bunker de Lumieres gained recognition as a new tourist attraction with high potential for its success with more than 560,000 visitors coming to see its first exhibition on Gustav Klimt and Hundertwasser.

The bunker has opened its second exhibition on the works of van Gogh from December 6th. The exhibition is displaying some 500 art pieces of van Gogh that have been recreated with colorful laser graphics.

몰입형 미디어아트 전시관인 '빛의 벙커'가
한국 관광의 별 특별상을 수상했습니다.

문화체육관광부와 한국관광공사는
올해 관광자원의 매력도와 기여도에 중점을 두고
'빛의 벙커'를 포함한 7개 우수 관광자원을
'한국관광의 별'로 선정했다고 밝혔습니다.

빛의 벙커는
개관작인 '클림트' 전이 56만 관람객을 돌파하는 등
신규 관광자원으로서 높은 잠재력을 인정받았습니다.

빛의 벙커는 클림트 전에 이어 지난 6일부터
반 고흐의 작품 500여 점을 재구성한 '반 고흐' 전을
개최하고 있습니다.
