2. Preliminary candidate registration for general elections starts today
Election campaigns only allowed after registration

Preliminary registration for next year’s general elections, which will be held on April 15th, began today.

The Jeju Election Commission and Seogwipo City Election Commission started accepting applications from election districts in Jeju City and Seogwipo City, respectively from today morning at 9 a.m..

Only registered candidates are allowed to conduct election campaigns such as establishing their campaign office, handing out business cards and calling voters for support.

The preliminary registration for the by-elections for three election districts in Seogwipo City will begin on January 3rd.

17일부터 제21대 총선 예비후보 등록

내년 4월 실시되는
제21대 국회의원 선거에 따른 예비후보 등록이
17일부터 시작됩니다.

제주도선거관리위원회는
17일 오전 9시부터
제주시 갑과 제주시 을 선거구는 제주도선관위에서,

서귀포시선거구는
서귀포시선관위에서 예비후보 등록신청서를 접수합니다.

예비후보자로 등록하면
선거사무소 설치를 비롯해 명함 배부와 어깨띠 착용,
전화를 이용한 지지 호소 등의 선거운동을 할 수 있습니다.

한편 도의원 보궐선거 예비후보 등록은
다음달 3일부터 시작됩니다.
