4. Province to make regular personnel reshuffle for 1st half of 2020
Local public servants to be promoted and demoted based on appraisal

The provincial government will make a regular personnel reshuffle for the 1st half of next year on January 15th.

Officials will accept applications for desired positions by this Friday and release the number promotions for 5th grade public servants on the same day. On December 30th, the government will release the list of names of 5th grade public officials that are subject to promotion and the number of promotions excluding 5th grade and 7th grade public servants.

In particular, employees having worked at avoided departments and have done difficult work for a long time will be given prioritized and given a promotion opportunity.

단기 보직 이동을 최소화하고
격무나 기피 등
현안 부서에 있는 직원을 배치해
전문관 지정을 통한 인사상 가점을 부여할 계획입니다.
