4. Winter vacation for schools begins from this week
POE to run various extra-curricular activities during break

Elementary, middle and high schools in Jeju Island are starting their winter vacation this week.

According to the Provincial Office of Education, each school will have an average of around 50 days of vacation. Seogwipo Girls' High School began their winter break the earliest on the 23rd.

Some elementary schools will combine their winter and spring vacation together and be on vacation for up to 68 days.

The education officials plan to run various extra-curricular activities during the break.

서귀포여자고등학교를 시작으로
각 학교마다
평균 50일 안팎의 방학을 실시합니다.

특히 일부 초등학교는
겨울방학과
봄 방학을 연계해
최장 68일 간의 방학에 들어갑니다.

제주도교육청은
방학기간에도 다양한 방과후 프로그램을 운영할 예정입니다.
