4. Seoul to start treatment services for 4·3 victims
4·3 Peace Foundation to run therapeutic programs in Jeju

Seoul will begin treatment services for April 3rd victims that are suffering from trauma.

The Ministry of Interior and Safety said it will spend 940 million won on the project next year to help victims and bereaved families of the April 3rd Incident who are suffering physically and psychologically.

The April 3rd Peace Foundation will form a healing team in Jeju and run counseling, art therapy, rehabilitation and programs that promote social welfare from April.

정신적. 신체적 피해를 겪고 있는
피해자를 위한 정부 차원의 치유서비스가 시작됩니다.

행정안전부는
내년에 사업비 9억 4천만원을 투입해
4·3과
5.18 민주화운동으로
트라우마에 시달리고 있는
피해자와 유가족에 대한 치유활동을 지원한다고 밝혔습니다.

제주의 경우
내년 4월부터 4·3평화재단을 통해 치유팀을 구성하고
상담과 예술치유, 재활,
사회적 건강증진 프로그램을 운영하게 됩니다.
