4. Financial help for newlyweds, families to increase
Eligible applicants for loan payment support can apply once a year

Government support on the interest of housing loans will increase for newlyweds and families with children.

The provincial government will raise the amount of support on home rental loans provided for newlyweds and families with children from 800,000 won to 900,000 won within the 1.5 percent range of the remaining loan balance.

Financial assistance for multi-child, multicultural and families with disabilities, will increase from 1.2 million won to 1.3 million won.

Applicants who have received assistance the previous year can re-apply as long as they remain eligible for support.


4. 신혼부부·자녀출산 가정 대출이자 지원 확대

신혼부부와
자녀출산 가정에 대한
주택전세자금 대출이자 지원이 확대됩니다.

제주특별자치도는
무주택 신혼부부 또는 자녀출산 가정에 대해 지원하는
주택전세자금 대출 이자를
잔액의 1.5% 범위에서
최대 80만원에서 90만원으로 인상합니다.

또 다자녀와 장애인,
다문화 가정의 경우 120만원에서 130만원으로 조정합니다.

특히 전년도에 지원받았더라도
지원기준에 적합하면
연 1회에 한해 재신청할 수 있도록 했습니다.
