5. ROKAF donates 2 aero engines to Jeju International University
JIU’s newly opened Dept of Aircraft Maintenance will receive engines

The Republic of Korea Air Force will provide two aero engines to the Department of Aircraft Maintenance at Jeju International University.

Both engines are gas turbine engines that are used for the T-103 training aircraft and the F5 aircraft, respectively.

Jeju International University launched the Department of Aircraft Maintenance this year. The university expects that demand for aircraft maintenance technicians will increase with the surging demand for aerial operations.

제주국제대 항공정비학과는 올해 처음 신설된 학과로
대학측은 최근 급증하는 항공 수요와 함께
항공 정비 인력에 대한 수요도 증가할 것으로 기대하고 있습니다.
