3. Province will provide monthly housing stipend to middle-aged workers
￦300,000 subsidy to be provided to eligible businesses

The provincial government will implement a housing support project for middle-aged workers starting this year.

The project is designed to provide housing assistance of up to 300,000 won per month for two years. The initiative will target small and medium-sized companies in the province that employ and house middle-aged workers.

Businesses eligible for the initiative are ones that provide housing to middle-aged workers aged 40-65, or that provide a monthly subsidy as a part of monthly wages.

Applications can be submitted at the Employment Welfare Plus Center from the 1st to the 10th of every month.

3. '월 최대 30만원' 중장년 근로자 보금자리 지원 (번역가)

제주특별자치도가 올해부터
중장년 근로자에 대한 보금자리 지원사업을 시행합니다.

이 사업은
중장년 근로자를 고용한 도내 중소기업에
숙소 임차료로
월 최대 30만원씩 2년간 지원해주는 제도입니다.

지원 대상은
만 40살에서 65살 미만의 중장년 근로자에게
숙소를 임차해 제공하거나
매월 임금의 일부를
주택수당으로 지원하고 있는 5인 이상 도내 중소기업입니다.

신청은
매월 1일부터 10일까지 고용복지플러스센터에서 이뤄집니다.
