4. New property surveys proposed for Gujwa and Hallim
Project part of a national initiative to correct inconsistencies, solve disputes

This year Jeju City will push forward with a project to redo property surveys in the east and west of the island at Pyeongdae-ri, Gujwa-eup, and Daelim-ri, Hallim-eup.

The project targets 213 districts in Gujwa-eup and 447 districts in Hallim-eup. If more than two-thirds of the current landowners agree to participate in the boundary reassessment, a survey will be conducted.

The project is part of a national initiative to correct any inconsistencies in existing land boundaries and to address property line disputes.

Officials plan to hold meetings with residents at the Village Office of Pyeongdae-ri and Daelim-ri on January 30th and 31st, respectively, to explain the implementation procedures and inform residents about the importance of the project.

4. 구좌 평대-한림 대림 '지적재조사' 추진

제주시가
올해 구좌읍 평대리와
한림읍 대림리에 대한 지적재조사 사업을 추진합니다.

조사 대상은
구좌 평대리 213필지와 한림 대림리 447필지이며
토지 소유자의 2/3 이상 동의를 얻게 되면
본격 재조사에 들어가게 됩니다.

지적재조사는
지적공부의 경계와
현실 경계가 일치하지 않아 발생하는 민원을 해소하기 위해
토지 경계를
바로잡기 위한 국가사업입니다.

제주시는 오는 30일 저녁 평대리사무소,
31일에는
대림리사무소에서 주민설명회를 열고
사업 필요성과 추진 절차 등을 안내할 계획입니다.
