4. No parking zone at entrance of Seongpanak to be enforced starting May
Penalties will be incurred for violations

Illegal parking around the Seongpanak Trail, which was reported in the past by KCTV, will be banned starting in May.

The provincial government has said that the no parking zones will begin from the entrance of Seongpanak and extend 4.5km north to the Gyorae Entrance Samgeori and 1.5km south to the entrance of the Forest Tunnel in Seogwipo.

The government will also release administrative notices concerning the change starting February 3rd and impose fines on vehicles that violate these state regulations starting in May.

The province has decided to establish a pre-parking reservation system in conjunction with the trekking reservation system and also to create a transfer parking lot near the Jeju International University by September.




4. 성판악 주변 5월부터 주정차 금지 ...위반시 '과태료'

성판악 탐방로 주변도로
불법주정차 행위가 5월부터 금지됩니다.

제주특별자치도는
성판악 입구를 기준으로
제주시 방면은 교래삼거리까지 4.5KM와
서귀포쪽은 숲터널 입구까지 1.5KM를
주정차 금지 구간으로 지정한다고 밝혔습니다.

이에따라 다음달 3일부터
주정차금지구역 지정에 따른
행정예고를 한 후
5월부터 주정차위반 단속과 위방차량에 대해서는
과태료를 부과하기로 했습니다.

제주도는
탐방예약시스템과 연계해 사전주차예약시스템을 구축하고
오는 9월까지
국제대학교 인근에
환승 주차장을 조성하기로 했습니다.
